My specs are: Liquid cooled gpu and cpu, gpu RTX 3090, cpu i9 11900k, 64 gigs of ram 3600 mhz, samsung 980 pro ssd I know where to find it I just want to make sure i'm sending the right info there. I know that adding the dcs log info is the first thing asked for. Please bare with me though because i'm not the most computer savvy person in the world. Anyway, I would appreciate any help I can get. I feel like the creators of this game need to be more on top of this stuff. Thought I had the issues resolved but now i'm getting more frequent crashes and hard black screen crashes also. I did that but ran into several issues there. He recommended to uninstall and reinstall the game.
He guided me through my bios settings to make sure my system was running optimally. My computer is brand new so I did some trouble shooting with the tech support.

I updated all of my drivers and did all of my windows updates too. Started out with frequent crashes and lagging issues. I have had nothing but problems since I have downloaded this game. Sorry to bother everyone, I know this is a frequent topic.
